  1. Great video! You make me wanna try that senka sunscreen:")
Anyway 354 nm in uvinul a plus is only the "peak" absorbance but the filter still cover up to 400 nm instead of tinosorb s (290-390ish nm) and the absorbance on UVA range, uvinul A plus still better than tinosorb S (since the protection goes down after 370 nm) so… yeah maybe a new consideration?

Here's the link of picture that shown the wavelength covered by some UV filter, from a journal in 2016 https://www.google.com/search?q=tinosorb+s+wavelength&safe=strict&client=ms-android-samsung&prmd=isnv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjp_cmp-OHjAhXj6XMBHe-2DzsQ_AUoAXoECA4QAQ&biw=360&bih=560&dpr=3#imgrc=kc9nhYqLiE31jM

  2. Hi to anyone else reading this, Can you please recommend some Japanese or Korean water/sweat resistant sunscreens for outdoor sports like long bike rides and playing tennis? Side note: I have dark skin, 😁

  3. THANK YOU! I’ve been using mix of American and Asian skincare also and couldn’t find something to go over my Skinceuticals CE Ferulic which ends up being slightly too emollient on me in summer. The Shiseido Senka sounds like it’s exactly what I need, at less than a quarter of the price of the Skinceuticals chalky, mess ss that I was using!

  4. I came across your video and was glad I did. Great and helpful information. I know this is about Asia sunscreens and I've been using Japanese sunscreen for years but would like to recommend the Elta MD UV clear the spf 46. Out of the entire Elta MD this one is the best IMO. Have u tried?

  5. I always enjoy review videos, and this is one is great! The aqua rich it was my first first sunscreen I started to use, loved it. I'm using right now Elta MD 44 but I was so curious about the Klairs and Make P:rem but now I'll skip them for the moment, definitely I'll try the Senka. Thank you for taking the time to review ALL these products.

  6. The same thing happened to me with the Purito! I want the unscented version now! Have you tried the mineral version “comfy block”? I am trying to move towards all mineral sunscreens and unscented as well which is a real booger. Thank you so much for your great reviews!!💋💋💋 Oh! And I meant to thank you for upping my SPF game for two years now. I have a little 1/4 teaspoon in my bathroom now thanks to you🤗🤗☀️

  7. I love Senka products. Been using them since 2013, ever since they were introduced to me by a friend who lives in Japan. Senka is a drugstore Shiseido brand and so far, the products I used from them—Perfect Whip Collagen facial wash, Perfect Silky lotion for the face, have all been beautiful and elegant. Definitely recommended.

  8. Great video! Have you tried the cosrx aloe soothing sunscreen? Is it a good one in terms of protection and absorption. That is another one that is popular n cheap, so I'm considering on purchasing it

  9. Thank you for such an in depth review!!
I live in Florida and it’s summer year round 🌈
I wear 2 sunblocks daily. Some type of chemical sunscreen on my skin then a physical block (usually bb creme) on top. I use babyganics mineral spf 50 spray version on my body, arms, legs, chest. It is very much like a lotion, absorbs easily and leaves no white cast, I’ve even used it on my face many times.
I love the biore, puritos 2 sunblocks and shesheido senka 🌈❤️🍭💗

  10. You should change you title ULTIMATE KOREAN SUNSCREAN!!! In Asia popular brands are Shiseido Anessa, Biore, Skinaqua, Kanebo Allie, Innisfree, Kose… these are very polular than those you review here.

  11. Great review! How do you know what the expiry date is on the Japanese sunscreens? I find there is usually a stamp on the top of Korean ones but not Japanese ones. I tried an app on my phone which converts Japanese into English but found no expiry date when I took a photo of the back of the bottle.

  12. The Biore aqua rich watery essence is “super water resistant and strong to sweat and water.” It says so on the package in Japanese. When it first came out it wasn’t so but the formula was redone in I wanna say 2017 to upgrade it to a water resistant formula.

  13. The best sunscreen ive used was a local brand. The belo face sunscreen is PERFECT. Goes on like moisturiser, dries down matte, fragrance free and no white cast.
